We offer a flat shipping rate of PKR 200 for all orders across Pakistan. However, orders exceeding the value of PKR 5,000 qualify for free standard shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days for major cities and 5 to 7 business days for remote areas within Pakistan.

Can I exchange an item if it doesn't fit?

Yes, we offer a 7-day exchange policy. If the size is not right, you can exchange it for a different size or another product, provided the item is unworn and tags are intact.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD), as well as secure online payments via Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard) and Bank Transfers.

How do I care for my Darussalam PK garments?

To ensure longevity, we recommend hand washing or using a gentle machine cycle with cold water. Avoid bleach and always iron on a low heat setting.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We are working on expanding our logistics to serve our international customers very soon.
